Motorcycle Riding
Two former Hunterdon County, Delaware Twp. residents (both cousins) had the skill and endurance to be professional Motocross riders--however, the Supreme Ruler of the Universe (Yeshua Ha-Mashiach) had different plans for them. All Motorcycle riders should give God the glory for allowing them to ride -- Colossians 3:17 & John 3:3 & John 1:12 & Revelation 17:14 & Psalm 2:2.

History of the Motorcycle Video
Video clips of the two cousins in the above pictures, who were of professional caliber. One cousin even took a Yamaha DT125 and rode it around the Englishtown, NJ Motocross track and was able to keep up with the riders that had motocross bikes (it was a rather muddy day). Motocross riders came up to the cousin and shook his hand for being able to go around the track four times (practice run) using an on-off road motorcycle--one of the motocross riders in Englishtown told the cousin this takes guts and amazing skills taking an on-off road motorcycle (the Yamaha DT125) around this track.
A neighbor (B.M. in the above 1st left picture), who is in the second half of this video (you will see a 2nd title appear on the video 10:46 minutes through it) with other neighbors (Br.M. & S.S. in the above next two pictures), also brought their CR250 Honda Elsinore (an older model that was outdated, especially the suspension) racing bike to Englishtown--however, because he was just an average or mediocre rider (who thought riding fast in a straight line made you a good rider) was not able to go around the Englishtown Motocross track even once--the practice run. When he hit the double jumb around the first turn, he frooze and got scared and did a flip over the handlebars and had to leave the track. (The two cousins warned the neighbor and other friends that it took skill and endurance to be able to race around a motocross track and that they did not have this ability.) Motocross is the second most popular motorsport in the United States. (See Motocross fitness & Motocross Fitness with Ben and Nathan Watson solutions.) The name "motocross" is a contraction derived from words "Motorcycle" and "Cross Country" (the word is derived from French and traces its origins to British Scrambling competitions-the first scramble took place in Camberley, Surrey in 1924).

American Motorcyclist Association (AMA)
If you want to protect your rights as a motorcycle rider, please join the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA). It is inexcusable for any motorcycle rider not to belong to the AMA--it is unfortunate that only a few riders fight for their rights while everyone else has their heads in the sand. Country Singer Legend Loretta Lynn Supports Motocross
Country music legend Loretta Lynn and her late husband Mooney Lynn have been big supporters of motocross. Outside of Nashville, Tenn., the Loretta Lynn's ranch in Hurricane Mills has welcomed over 60,000 American Motorcyclist Association riders since 1982. They hosted over 36 classes vying for AMA National No. 1 plates each year--the annual event is widely known as the site of the largest amateur motorcrss event in the world. (Loretta Lynn was inducted in the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame. Of course, she was already inducted in the Country Music Hall of Fame.)
NJ Counties, Townships & other States Should Set Aside Riding Places for Dirt Bikes
Motocross and trail riding is an enjoyable sport and helps keep our children and young adults off of drugs. It is recommended that all townships in New Jersey set aside at least a 100 acres for trail riding that includes a motocross tract--it is easier for the counties to establish riding places. This should be lobbied on a State and local level--the new motorcycles, including the motocross bikes, are almost all four-strokes and therefore very quite. Dirt bike riding is a very safe sport if the proper safety gear is worn.
Note: Yes, open space land purchased by NJ townships can be used for motorcycle riding if authorized by the township committee or council--see the subheading Federal Recreational Trails Program (RTP) below for further information.

Use a Torque Wrench! Harbor Freight, Lowes, etc. sell digital and regular torque wrenches--see Harbor Freight--Quinn Torque Wrench (5 to 100 ft pounds for the 3/8" Drive). Don't strip your bolts because of stupidity. Make sure the torque wrench has a low range of 5 or 4 ft lb.--many motorcycles have a low torque on many of its parts. Also, use a "Drain Plug Crush Washer" every time you change the oil--very cheap to buy.
Note: Kilogram force(kg f) is a gravitational metric unit of force. It is equal to the magnitude of the force exerted by one kilogram of mass in a 9.80665 m/s2 gravitational field (standard , a conventional value approximating the average magnitude of gravity on Earth).

4. How to tighten lug nuts on a Haulmark Trailer for your motorcycle
An example on how to tighten lug nuts on a Haulmark trailer (5 Bolt, 1/2 inch stud size, ST205/75R14 C Rated Spare Tire). Also, buy covers for your tires so they will not dry rot. You should purchase a torque wrench that are sold at Harbor Freight, Lowe's (they sell Craftsman tools), Home Depot, Walmart, etc. So, you do not have to spend a lot of money on a torque wrench that is only used and kept in your trailer. You do not need an expensive torque wrench for changing tires.
Note: You should grease your trailer per owner's manual at least once a year. Also, Harbor Freight has Pittsburg Automotive 1/2 in Drive SAE & Metric Lug Nut Impact Sockets, 7- Piece or the Super Socket set, 11-Piece that will not scratch rims.

5. Recommended Torque Wrenches & Tools for Motorcycles
Icon & Quinn -- high quality torque wrenches at Harbor Freight (Example: 5-100ft lb 3/8) -- recommended for repair work on motorcycles. Harbor Freight offers torque wrenches that have a low foot pound (5ft lb). Many brands do not offer these low foot pound torque wrenches.
Ace Hardware Stores -- they sell Craftsman & Milwaukee sockets & wrenches; some are made in the USA, and Lowes sells Craftsman. Milwaukee Sockets & Wrenches are high quality and very nice tools and are offered at Home Depot, Ace Hardware, etc. Battery powered tools: Milwaukee is excellent.

*ECE is the top-level certification throughout Europe whereas SNELL is the U.S. long-standing certification. All helmets in the U.S. must have a DOT certification as the minimum. Motorcycle riders in the U.S. should always purchase a high quality helmet that has a SNELL rating--this is not the place to sacrifice on safety. Also, motorcycle helmets should be replaced every five years.

Utility Trailers and How to Clean Them
Haulmark Utility Trailer--One can order a utility trailer direct--Internet Trailer--and FOB McAdoo, PA or go to a Dealer. Recommended for keeping your utility trailer clean and removing those black streaks:
-- Scrichit, a black streak remover that works great. (www.scrichit.com)
-- However, Scrichit did not remove all my black streaks--it would not come off. The only product I know that removed all the black streaks is "LA's Totally Awsome All-purpose Cleaner", which you can get from Home Depot and other stores--one gallon is less than $11 dollars. Fill a half bucket with water and add the cleaner and then apply to the trailer with a non-scratch nylon brush (20" Long Handle Brush (you can purchase from stores such as Advance Auto Parts, etc.) or soft brush head with a long handle or wash sponge and then rinse with soap and water (I would not use a nylon brush for washing car or motorcycle--use a wash sponge or wash mitt)). The roofs of a lot of Haulmark trailers are aluminium (not painted) so you should be able to use a bathroom brush with "LA's Totally Awsome All-purpose Cleaner" and it will remove all the black streaks. The first application removed 95% of the black streaks off the side of the trailer that had the black streaks for many years--it was not cleaned for years. If you clean regularly, you will not have this problem--especially if it is garaged. To remove the remaining black streaks, purchase a " 8 amp Hercules Forced Rotation Polisher--electric cord" at Harbor Freight or get more expensive polishers at other stores. Use Turtle Wax--if you need a compound wax, ask your trailer dealer if it is safe.
Changing Tires on a Haulmark Trailer: One Haulmark Dealer/Manufacturer stated only Jack Up the trailer using the frame, not the axle. Always check with your dealer or manufacturer for your trailer or vehicle on the proper way of Jacking Up. Bottle Jacks are better than floor jacks, especially with a Flat Bottle Jack Lift Pad offered at Safe Jack for under frames.
Note: For showers and bathrooms use Mold Armor from W.M. Barr and Company, Inc. It works great for removing stains and mildew with no scrubbing.
Undercoating for Pickups & Other Vehicles
Line-X of Lehigh Valley -- ( 1155 Doylestown Pike, Quakertown, PA 18951). If you use your pickup for pulling your motorcycles or other activities, you should consider getting an underscoating & rustproofing for the frame if you live in the Northeast or other areas where they salt the roads. Pickup Trucks
Ram Trucks offers diesel engines in all their trucks (2500 and up offer the Cummins Diesel (6.7 liter)), which is one of best truck diesels available in a pickup.
GM & Chevy did offer a mid-size pickup (Canyon & Colorado) with a Duramax Diesel (29 highway); great for towing motorcycles. They have discontinued the small diesels in 2024--GM should have offered a small caterpillar diesel engine. Sales would be through the roof. On their bigger trucks they still offer 3.0 liter and 6.6 liter Duramax diesels (2500 and up)..
Ford - Ford pickup trucks 2500 and 3500 models offer 6.7 liter turbo diesels. Ford's 150 Hybrid offers a 3.5 L engine--it does get good gas mileage, but should have offered a diesel option. Forget the electric trucks.
Toyota and Nissan -- they make very reliable small pickup trucks. They should offer a diesel in the United States. .
Note: Ram Trucks, GM, Ford (they have the market on the full-size pickup trucks), Toyota and Nissan, all make excellent trucks and Toyota and Nissan trucks are made in America. (It is unfortunate that Toyota and Nissan do not offer a diesel for their trucks in the United States such as the Toyota Tacoma (a lot of people are not happy they went to a 2.4 liter engine) andthe Nissan Frontier truck, which are offered in many foreign countries). For bigger propane tanks, Home Depot and other stores sell them. For propane tanks, Cabelas/Bass Pro Shops sells Ignik propane tanks. For bigger propane tanks, Home Depot and other stores sell them. Diesel generators are great; however, they can be very expensive. The alternative is the above and Propane Gas or Natural Gas is easy to store and will not go bad.

Jerry Can -- Wavian Fuel Can — the original NATO Steel Jerry Can, Diesel, Gasoline and Water Cans--they sell the real NATO steel Can that has a leak-proof steel bayonet closure, locking pin for the cap, interior rust-proof lining and internal breather pipe. Valpro SIA is the Germany company that makes the NATO Can and is operated out of Valmiera, Latvia (Valpro, www.valpro-Iv). WavianUSA.com also sells fuel preservatives (Pri-G) or (Pri-D)--some of the best fuel preservatives on the market.
Jerry Can (Plastic) -- NATO militaries currently use a design made from plastic with a round fuel spout receptacle in the center of the can. Scepter is the primary military supplier for these cans, although there are other manufacturers who produce the same design. Since they are not EPA approved Cans, they cannot be sold to civilians. However, nothing beats the Steel Cans for long term use and storage, especially attaching the Steel Can behind your vechicle.
Jerry Can -- Harbor Freight offers a Jerry Can (Red can for Gasoline only) made in Latvia (it is NATO can modified that does not have a locking pin for the cap, internal breather pipe, etc.), but it is half the price and is very high quality.

Carrying a Firearm on your Motorcycle--Always Check what is allowable, and what is required, under federal, state and local laws
United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) -- Read article entitled Mount Up: Motorcycles and Concealed Carry. If you are a motorcycle rider who has a concealed carry license, make sure you join this organization for the Self-Defense Liability Insurance. There are other organizations out there, but this one is excellent.
Note: The recent Supreme Court Ruling on June 23, 2022 (N.Y. State Rifle & Pistol Assoc. v. Bruen) prevents any state from continuing to require a demonstration of justifiable need in order to carry a firearm. States have to grant (after a background check) a concealed carry permit. Instead of Baltimore, Maryland complaining about the 12 O'Clock Boys: Dirt Biking in Baltimore (YouTube) and Maryland's Governor, State Senate and Assembly passing anti-Second Amendment laws (that were originally directed against the African-Americans--see 2nd Amendment tab & Chicago Inner-City Black Residents upset over preferable treatment of illegals & Dr. James Manning, black minister and NYC radio host: See Video: Are we better off after the Civil Rights Act? Have we been screwed again?) and promoting homosexuality (a sin) and destroying the family, they should be trying to get riding places for these young black men and teaching them about proper safety gear such as a helmet. Change the laws to allow younger men to ride dirt bikes or ATVs legally on the roads. Arizona allows ATVs to be licensed for the roads. This will help keep them off of drugs.

Federal Recreational Trails Program (RTP)—originally known as the National Recreational Trails Fund Act—was enacted in 1991. The RTP provides funding for acquisition, development, rehabilitation and maintenance of motorized trails.
To apply for Recreational Trails Program grant to create riding areas and trails in your state, contact your state department of natural resources—see website below to find the Recreational Trails Program administrator for your state. In the 2008, nearly $80 million is available in the RTP.

Most riders are not blessed by God with a 54 Acre Farm to ride and built a Motocross track on it as the two cousins did in the above video--so you will have to look for a riding place, especially in New Jersey. Some States have numerous riding places such as Arizona, Nevada, California, etc., which are some of the best places to ride.
